Though it might seem that it’s only for Buddhists, or Hollywood stars, meditation can greatly benefit everyone. The London Meditation Centre teaches an accessible and effortless form of meditation which can be practiced by anybody, anywhere.  You simply learn a technique and close your eyes for 20 minutes twice a day. You can do it anywhere; on the tube, at your desk or on a park bench. 

The London Meditation Centre’s teachers Jillian Lavender and Michael Miller have all practiced the ancient art for years. Courses are offered from their Notting Hill practice and changes occur quickly so you’ll notice significant improvements within the first few weeks of learning.
